Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on www.perhoos.com (the “Website”) operated by HK XINDA CALCULATE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). It specifies the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds of home storage products, ensuring fair rights and interests for both parties in compliance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (HK law) and the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to abide by the provisions set out below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances, in line with HK law requirements: - The product has quality defects (e.g., damage, breakage, functional failure) that existed before delivery; - The delivered product does not match the description on the Website (e.g., wrong model, incorrect size, different color from the display); - The product is missing parts or accessories (excluding normal wear and tear during transportation that is not caused by our negligence); - The product is delivered incorrectly (e.g., wrong item, duplicate delivery).
1.2 Returns are not accepted for the following situations (unless otherwise specified in promotional activities): - Products that have been used, installed, or modified (resulting in damage to the product’s original condition or loss of value); - Products with damaged or missing original packaging, labels, or accessories (unless the damage is caused by our packaging negligence); - Custom-made home storage products (made according to your specific requirements); - Products returned due to personal preferences, changes of mind, or price factors (HK law does not mandate no-reason returns); - Products with normal wear and tear caused by daily use.
1.3 The return application must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted, except for products with hidden quality defects that are not discoverable upon initial inspection.
2. Return Process
2.1 Submit Application: To apply for a return, please contact our customer service via email (service@perhoos.com) with your order number, product photos (showing defects, mismatches, or other issues), and a detailed description of the problem. Our customer service will respond within 2 business days to verify and confirm whether the return is eligible.
2.2 Prepare Returned Goods: After the return is confirmed, please package the product, original packaging, labels, and all accessories (including gifts, if any) properly to avoid damage during transportation. You must attach the return confirmation email (or return number) provided by our customer service to the package.
2.3 Arrange Return Shipping: - If the return is due to product quality, wrong delivery, or mismatched description, we will bear the return shipping fee. You may choose a logistics partner designated by us, or you may arrange shipping yourself and we will reimburse the reasonable shipping fee (supported by a valid shipping receipt); - If the return is due to your own reasons (e.g., wrong order placed by you, which is not covered by Article 1.1), you will bear all return shipping fees, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
2.4 Return Inspection: We will inspect the returned product within 3 business days after receiving it. If the product meets the return conditions, we will confirm the return and proceed to the refund process; if it does not meet the conditions, we will contact you to explain the reason and return the product to you (you will bear the shipping fee for returning the product to you).
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Confirmation: After the return inspection is passed, we will confirm the refund amount (equal to the actual payment amount of the product, excluding non-refundable fees such as shipping fees paid by you for non-quality reasons).
3.2 Refund Method: The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, debit card, third-party payment platform). We will not change the refund method without your explicit consent.
3.3 Refund Timeline: We will initiate the refund within 3-5 business days after confirming the return. The actual time for the refund to arrive in your account depends on the processing speed of your payment institution (usually 3-7 business days).
3.4 Special Notes: If the order was purchased with a promotional discount code or participated in a full-reduction activity, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual paid amount after deducting the discount. If the return results in failure to meet the promotional conditions, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
