We cooperate with reliable logistics partners to provide shipping services for home storage products (including storage boxes, baskets, laundry hampers, storage racks, shelves, kitchen storage, bathroom organizers, etc.). 2. Shipping Fees

2.1 Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country/region, order weight, package size, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order, so you can review it in advance.

4. Order Cancellation & Delivery Changes

4.1 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order free of charge if the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not allowed; you may refer to our return policy (if applicable) after receiving the goods.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has entered the packaging or shipping process. If you cancel a paid order that meets the cancellation conditions, we will process a full refund (including the product price and any paid shipping fees) within a reasonable time in compliance with HK law.

We will try our best to assist you with the change if the order has not been shipped; if the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee the change will take effect, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by you.
